
de.NBI Spring School 2025 – Bioinformatics for Lipidomics

The de.NBI Spring School 2025 will provide in-depth knowledge and practical experience in lipidomics bioinformatics. Participants will explore state-of-the-art bioinformatics tools essential for lipidomics research, comprehensive lipidomics workflows and the challenge and limitations of lipidomics from multiple perspectives.

Trainers: Daniel Wibberg (FZ Jülich), Dominik Schwudke (FZ Borstel), Ansgar Korf (mzmine), Noemi Tejera Hernandez (EMBL-EBI, MetaboLights), Robert Gurke und Lisa Hahnefeld (Goethe-Universität Frankfurt und Fraunhofer ITMP)
Target audience: PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, and scientists with a background in bioinformatics and molecular biology.
Learning goals: Gain understanding of lipidomics workflows, possibilities, challenges, limitations
