2x Research associate (m/f/d) positions for lipid or metabolite analysis

Universität Bielefeld plans to establish forward-looking research infrastructures that bundle existing infrastructures in the natural science faculties, the medical faculty, and central scientific institutions into cross-faculty “core facilities” and develop them substantially. Based on the existing Omics Technology Platform at the CeBiTec – Center for Biotechnology (Bielefeld University), the interdisciplinary Omics Core Facility with its two laboratory units, Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Proteome & Metabolome Research, is being established in this context.
The laboratory unit for proteome and metabolome research supports research projects involving mass spectrometric analyses in the field of lipid and metabolite analysis.

For the next development phase, they are therefor seeking to recruit two new positions with proven experience in a mass spectrometry lab environment, each at E14 TV-L pay grade for three years:
